Eanna McNamara

I’m a Personal Trainer and Online Trainer based in Galway, Ireland. I have been working with clients both online and on the gym floor since 2017. 

Having worked with hundreds of clients with a variety of different goals, I give clients the tools they need to succeed in and outside of the gym to create long lasting, sustainable change.

I’m also host of the popular Irish fitness podcast “The Eanna McNamara Podcast”.

I worked with Eanna for just over a year and I can honestly say that he changed my life. My initial goal was weight loss but Eanna’s style of coaching provides so much more than this. When I reached out to Eanna, I was completely lost. I knew I wanted to build muscle but had no idea where to start or how to accomplish it. We first worked on my relationship with food, improving it with journalling and being mindful of how certain foods made me feel. This was followed by a small cut before I started a gain phase.
