My name is Eanna, and I’m an online personal trainer and nutrition coach based in Galway, Ireland. I started my career in-person, working with clients at local gyms and helping people transform their bodies through fitness and lifestyle changes. From weight loss to bodybuilding competitions, powerlifting meets, and photoshoots, I’ve coached hundreds — if not thousands — of clients through big goals.
But when the world changed in 2020, so did my business. I transitioned fully into online personal training, and what began as a necessary move quickly became one of the best decisions of my career.
Why I Moved to Online Personal Training
At first, moving online felt like a temporary solution. But what I discovered was something far more powerful: I could now help more people, in more places, with greater flexibility and impact. I wasn’t limited by geography or gym hours anymore. I could support clients across Ireland — and even around the world — all from one place.
But beyond convenience, online personal training allowed me to focus on what truly matters: helping real people make real progress without falling into the trap of restrictive diets or unrealistic plans.
A New Mission: Helping People Who Feel Left Behind by the Fitness Industry
Over the years, I noticed a common theme. So many people came to me feeling like they had failed. They’d tried every diet, followed every meal plan, and still felt stuck. They weren’t prepping for shows or competitions — they just wanted to feel better, healthier, and more confident in their own skin.
And they felt ignored by an industry that often only highlights extremes.
That’s when I found my true calling as a coach. Today, my approach is holistic, compassionate, and long-term focused. I don’t believe in strict food rules or cutting out your favorite meals. I believe in food freedom, mindset coaching, and sustainable change.
