When my client Sarah first reached out to me, she had tried everything under the sun to get in the shape she wanted. She was doing multiple classes per week, sometimes twice a day but felt like she was spinning her wheels. She was eating healthy and putting in the work on a daily basis but never seemed to see any noticeable progress. So many of the things I write about in my blog about “5 fitness mistakes to avoid”

She told me that my online coaching was her last option, because she felt tired of trying so many things that hadn’t worked before. Diets, classes, programs even personal training, but nothing was getting her where she wanted. I have written a simple guide for you if you’re in a situation like this and don’t have the money to spend on an online coach. It’s called “How to lose weight without hiring a personal trainer” .Sarah didn’t think I’d be able to help her, and I don’t blame her. We’re living in a world full of information and options. The sexier it sounds the easier it will sell.

Which is why I like to keep it as simple as possible with my clients and with all the information I offer for free online. I like to be open and honest about what to expect from a personal trainer or online coach.

Sarah went from eating low amounts of food, training multiple times a week and being afraid to eat things like pizza, all because she was told that’s how she’d get in shape. Sarah actually trained less often, ate more food (a lot more) and eats whatever the f*ck she wants, and has done since she started with me. I have had the pleasure of seeing this girl’s life change as a result of keeping things simple and trusting in me long enough for this to happen.

Sarah has achieved a lot since starting with me, but the most important thing I’ve seen in her is how much happier she is. You might look at her results and think “f*ck that’s not for me” it shouldn’t be. This is Sarah’s journey not yours.
